The email and name you provide at registration, and data generated by using the service: credit balance and transactions, subscription details, scrape tasks (target keywords, categories or storefronts) and their results.

2. How we use data

To provide, maintain and improve the service; for billing and subscription management; for account security and anti-abuse; and to send essential service notifications such as subscription expiry reminders.

3. Third parties

Payments are processed through Alipay or PayPal; those providers handle the transaction, and we do not store your card or payment account credentials.

AI insights may be produced by third-party AI services processing scraped data; the data is used only to generate analysis.

4. Data retention

Raw scraped page data is automatically deleted 30 days after collection; derived statistics and analysis are retained to power the service. Payment records are retained as required by law.

5. Your rights

You can view your credit balance and transaction history at any time. To delete your account or export your personal data, contact [email protected] and we will act within a reasonable time.
