1. Service

BigStartSmall provides data collection and market analysis for eBay sellers. Enter a keyword, category or eBay storefront and we collect public listing data (titles, prices, sold badges, seller information) and turn it into best-seller lists, revenue rankings, market size (TAM) estimates and AI insights.

All data is collected from public eBay pages and is intended to support sellers’ market research and decision-making.

2. Credits & billing

The service is credit-based. Plans grant a fixed monthly credit allowance; credits are consumed per page scraped (1 credit ≈ 1 page / ~50 listings).

When your monthly allowance runs out you can buy credit top-ups on demand — we never auto-charge. Unused reservations are refunded when a job finishes.

3. Account & subscription

You need an account and an email login. Subscriptions activate immediately after payment; monthly credits are issued each calendar month during the term, stop when the term ends and resume after renewal.

Yearly plans are a single payment covering 12 months, with credits issued monthly.

4. Disclaimer

Data is collected from public eBay pages. Accuracy and completeness depend on eBay’s page structure, display rules and access limits. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any data.

Analysis and AI insights are provided for reference only and do not constitute investment, business or product-selection advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not use the service for any illegal activity; request data at unreasonable rates or interfere with the service; use the data in ways that conflict with eBay’s terms of service; or attempt to bypass access limits or security controls.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion by contacting [email protected].

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or data loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page; material changes will be notified by email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
